EXCELLENT PRO CLEANER SHINE&MORE is a 2-in-1 cleaner and gloss booster with a beautiful, intense fragrance. It lifts the tacky inhibition layer from finishing products and adds extra shine to nails after a top coat that needs wiping. CLEANER SHINE&MORE contains an added conditioning oil, so it is not suitable for prepping the nail plate - it neither degreases nor mattifies the surface and instead leaves a light oily film. With its subtle, aromatic scent, it can also stand in for cuticle oil to nourish the surrounding skin. We recommend it for wiping the inhibition layer from ONE COAT TOP SHINE&MORE.
